Terra Firma: Rumors over planned Annington sale rechecked
Fortress Deutschland head Matthias Moser has denied reports that Gagfah is interested in taking over Deutsche Annington, a subsidiary of Terra Firma. In its latest issue, Spiegel reported that both financial investors are carrying on negotiations over a consolidation of the two residential associations. The magazine quoted Terra Firma CEO Guy Hands: “It would be a dream solution for both firms.� The sale would result in the largest European residential concern with 400,000 units. According to Moser, the report is a matter of “market speculation.“
