In addition to Airport City, BBI Business Park Berlin has been planned. From hotel to industry, flexible usage is intended for the 109 hectare area. The construction plan, or zoning, procedure is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2007, the first section of development offering 16 hectares should be ready by the middle of 2008.
