Halverton: Office and logistics properties acquired in Dortmund
At an expense of €5.5mn, the office property “Alter Hellweg� is comprised of two independent, three-story properties with a total of around 6,100 m² of area. It is up to 95% rented to, among others, the Bundesnetzagentur (or German Federal Telecommunications Network Agency) and DATEV. Avantage brokered the transaction.
Located in the Kley business park, the “Feldbachacker� logistics property is around 42,100 m² and consists of ground-level storage rooms (around 10,100 m²), as well as a two-story office building (around 32,000 m²). Its price was €3mn, the beginning net yield amounts to 9.4%. Volksbank Dortmund-Nordwest brokered the transaction.
